1. SPONSOR This giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Mission 22, operating under ElderHeart Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Mailing address: 694 N Larch St #910, Sisters, OR 97759.

2. ELIGIBILITY Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Mission 22, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. ENTRY PERIOD Entries will be accepted from June 18, 2025 through August 31, 2025. All entries must be received during this time to be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

a) Paid Entry: One (1) entry will be granted with each paid Mission 22 WOD registration. For each additional $22 donation made during registration or through the official Mission 22 donation page during the Entry Period, one (1) additional entry will be granted.

b) Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without registering or donating, visit one of the participating gyms on the day of the Mission 22 WOD event and complete the designated free entry form at the Mission 22 table. Limit one free entry per person. 

5. LIMITATIONS Limit one entry per person per $22 WOD registration. Additional entries are limited to one per $22 donation. Free entries are limited to one per person. Use of multiple identities or email addresses to obtain additional entries may result in disqualification.

6. PRIZES Prizes will be awarded to eligible entrants and may include merchandise, travel vouchers, gear, and other items donated by Mission 22 partners, including but not limited to: Alaska Airlines, GORUCK, Born Primitive, Hyperice, YETI, Airwaav, NuCalm, and others. Prizes will be awarded at random, based on drawing from eligible entries. Some prizes are designated for gym owners; others for participants. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

7. WINNER SELECTION Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor staff from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Winners will be selected by August 31, 2025

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION Winners will be notified by email or phone within five (5) days of September 30, 2025.  Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim prize. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited and awarded to alternate entrants.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS Participation constitutes entrant’s agreement to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its agents from any and all liability for any claims, injuries, or losses.

10. TAXES Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses associated with prize acceptance.

11. PRIVACY Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Mission 22 Privacy Policy.

12. GOVERNING LAW This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
